Set Sales Prices by Delivery Channel

Some stores may sell through multiple channels besides in-store sales, such as Grab, Line Man, Foodpanda, and others. Therefore, we provide a way to set sales prices for each channel to make management easier and more appropriate. You can follow the steps below.

Steps and Methods for Setting Sales Prices by Delivery Channel :

Log in to the POS, navigate to the Settings menu, and select Sales Channels.
Enable the sales channels the store wants to use, such as Grab, Line Man, or choose to enable all available channels.
Enter the GP (%) rate, which is typically around 30-35%, depending on the food delivery application the store is connected to.

Set Sales Prices by Sales Channel for Products :

Go to the Products menu, then select the product you want to set pricing for by sales channel, or add a new product.
Click on the Selling Price box, and a Sales Channels pop-up will appear.
Press the + button, then select the desired sales channel.
Enter the sales price for the selected channel, then click Save.
