Employee Mode: Enable employee check-in/check-out time tracking.


Steps and Instructions for Using the Employee Function :



The store can activate the Employee Function Mode in the Settings menu.
Then, select Cashier and enable the feature by toggling the switch to green.
If the store has multiple employees, click Add to enter each employee’s information. You can set a password and define data access permissions for each individual as needed. Once all configurations are complete, click Save to confirm the settings.




Steps to Check Employee Check-In/Check-Out Times :



Open the POS application, and the system will display the login screen. Employees should select their names to log in.
Then, press the Check-In/Out button and enter the employee PIN to record the check-in time.
After that, the system will prompt the employee to enter the PIN again to confirm access to the system.

The system will send a notification via LINE Notify to the store owner each time an employee checks in or out.
