Employee Mode: Enable employee check-in/check-out time tracking.
Steps and Instructions for Using the Employee Function :
- The store can activate the Employee Function Mode in the Settings menu.
- Then, select Cashier and enable the feature by toggling the switch to green.
- If the store has multiple employees, click Add to enter each employee’s information. You can set a password and define data access permissions for each individual as needed. Once all configurations are complete, click Save to confirm the settings.
Steps to Check Employee Check-In/Check-Out Times :
- Open the POS application, and the system will display the login screen. Employees should select their names to log in.
- Then, press the Check-In/Out button and enter the employee PIN to record the check-in time.
- After that, the system will prompt the employee to enter the PIN again to confirm access to the system.
