The integration between Grab and Silom POS enables stores to automatically manage orders from Grab within the POS system, reducing the hassle of manual data entry while improving accuracy and efficiency. How to Integrate Silom POS with Grab
To ensure a smooth connection between your store and the Grab Merchant application, please follow these steps:
If your store has been using Silom POS for more than two months, please provide your Store ID to the Silom support team before proceeding with the integration. The support team will map your store with the Grab Merchant application. Once the mapping is complete, you can proceed with the integration immediately.
If your store has been using Silom POS for less than two months, you can integrate it yourself through either the web backend or directly from the POS device.
How to Copy Your Store ID: Open the GrabMerchant app, tap on the "More" menu (located at the bottom right), select "Store" and scroll down to find your Store ID.
