Using Restaurant Mode and Staff Order Function
Steps and Methods for Using Restaurant Mode :
Start by going to the Settings menu, then select Store and set the store type to Restaurant .

When returning to the POS menu, if the store type setting is successfully set to "Restaurant," the system will display the Table feature.
The store can create or edit tables by clicking the Edit button located at the bottom left. Table sizes can be selected as desired, such as Small, Medium, or Large.
There are two ways to use Table Mode : either select the items first and then choose a table, or select a table first and then add items to the order.
The store can print the order from a table to the kitchen by selecting the desired table and then clicking Print Order .
The store can proceed with payment through Table Mode by selecting the desired table and clicking the Pay button.
Steps and Methods for Using Staff Order :
Staff Order is a system or function that allows store employees to place product or service orders directly for customers. Staff Order enables employees to manage orders and quickly relay information to relevant departments, such as the kitchen or cashier.
For devices intended to be used as Staff Order terminals, download the Silom Staff application from the App Store or Play Store.
Once downloaded, open the Silom Staff app. The system will prompt you to enter your email and password to log in.
If the store wishes to use the Staff Order function, they must contact Silom staff to have an email and password created for Staff Order access.
Once logged in successfully, the Staff Order screen will display only the POS and Select Table functions. Staff can place food orders for various tables just as they would on the POS device. Order information from Staff Order will be displayed on the POS, and similarly, orders placed on the POS will be visible on Staff Order as well.
