Transfer Products Between Branches
Product Transfer Between Branches is a process that enables stores to efficiently and easily move products from one branch to another. This is especially useful for stores with multiple locations, as product transfers allow for better distribution of inventory based on the specific needs of each branch.
Go to the backend at https://dashboard.silompos.com.
Click on the Warehouse menu, then select Transfer Out Products.
Choose the branch you want to initiate the transfer from, then click + Create Transfer Out (TO).
Select the destination branch and specify the due date.
Use the search bar to find the products you want to transfer, then click Add Product.
Enter the quantity of products you wish to transfer.
Click Transfer. Our system provides two transfer options: Pending Transfer and Approve Transfer.
The difference between a Pending Transfer and an Approved Transfer is that with a Pending Transfer, you can modify the transfer document and quantities until the destination branch confirms receipt.
