Split Bill

Splitting the Bill (Split Bill) and Splitting and Paying (Split and Pay) are processes used to divide expenses among multiple customers who dine or shop together. However, the two methods differ in their steps and purposes, as follows:

Bill Splitting is the process of dividing a bill into multiple separate bills according to customer preferences before proceeding to the actual payment stage. Typically, bill splitting occurs after the customers have placed their orders but before payment. Customers can request to split the bill by the number of people or by specific items, allowing each person to pay only for what they ordered.

Steps and Methods for Splitting a Bill (Split Bill) :

Tap the Select Table function, then choose the table for which you want to split the bill.
Long-press on the table you wish to split.
Tap the Split Bill menu, then select the items you want to separate.
Tap the Split Bill button, then confirm the bill split.
Tap Pay for all the bills associated with the table.

Partial Bill Payment (Split and Pay) is a process that allows customers to split the bill and pay for items they've already ordered, while still keeping the option open to order additional items without closing out the entire bill.

Steps and Methods for Partial Bill Payment (Split and Pay) :

Tap the Select Table function, then choose the table where you want to split the bill.
Long-press on the table you wish to split.
Tap the Split and Pay menu, then select the items you want to separate for payment.
Tap the Split Bill button, then confirm the bill split.
Proceed with Payment for the separate bill. The customer can still add new items to the original bill as usual.
