Steps and Instructions for Setting Up the Customer Display Screen (Silom Display) :
If the store wants to set up a display screen for customers, an additional device is required, which can be a mobile phone or an iPad.
Next, configure the customer display on the POS device by going to the Settings menu and selecting Customer Display .
The store can choose to connect the customer display to the POS either through the Silom Display app (available for download on the Play Store) or by connecting an external display via a cable or adapter (supported on iOS 15 and above only).
Both the POS device and the customer display must be connected to the same WiFi network to ensure accurate display functionality.
