Set Store Opening and Closing Times on Grab
Easily adjust your store's opening and closing times on Grab to match your business hours. With just a few simple steps, you can manage your operating hours conveniently and offer greater flexibility in serving your customers.
Visit our back-end website Web Dashboard and log in with your email and password.
Navigate to the "Shop Settings" menu and select "Delivery On/Off" to set your store's delivery service hours.
Set the Store’s Operating Hours:
Choose the date on which you want to enable or disable the delivery service.
You can define up to three time slots per day by clicking the "+" icon to add a time slot.
Configure the opening and closing times correctly:
The opening time must be earlier than the closing time (e.g., open at 05:00 and close at 23:59).
Once you have set the time slots, click "Save" to confirm your settings.
Go to the "Product Management" menu and select "Delivery Management" Menu to review and update the menu for the delivery service.
Click "Sync Grab" to update the menu information and the store's operating hours on Grab’s system according to your settings.
Open the POS Application and go to the "Order Hub" menu.
Select the "Open/Close Delivery" option.
Click on "Store Opening/Closing Time" located at the top right corner of the screen.
Tick the days you want your store to be open on Grab.
Specify the opening and closing times for each selected day. You can set different hours for each day as needed.
Once all information is filled out, click "Save" to confirm the settings.
Go to the "Product Menu" and click "Upload Grab Menu". Please make sure to upload the menu to Grab every time there are changes to your store's opening and closing times to ensure the information on Grab is updated and accurately reflects your store's current operating hours.
Note: If your store has not set the opening and closing times on Grab, the system will automatically use the opening and closing times configured in the "Store" menu on the POS system as the default for your store on Grab.
