Steps to view and export past sales summary reports :
Log in to the Backend: Open a web browser on your computer or other device and go to https://dashboard.silompos.app. Sign in using the same email and password you use for SilomPOS.
Go to the Reports Menu: After logging in, click on the Reports menu on the left side of the screen.
Select Report Type: Choose the type of report you want to view, such as Sales Summary Report or Product Sales Report.
Select Period: Choose the period for which you want to view past data, such as day, week, month, or a custom date range.
View Report: The system will display the sales summary report for the selected period. You can view various data, such as the number of bills, total sales, sales by product, payment methods, and more.
Export Report (if needed): To save the report, you can export it as an Excel file by clicking the Export File button at the top right corner of the screen, and then selecting your preferred file format.
Troubleshooting if unable to view or export reports :
Check Internet Connection: Ensure that the device used to view the report is connected to the internet.
Check User Permissions: Ensure that the logged-in account has permission to view the desired report. If using an employee account, access to certain report types may be restricted.
Clear Browser Cache: Clear the browser’s cache, cookies, and browsing history, then try logging into the backend again.
Things to Note :
The data in the backend system reflects the latest sync time from the POS device. Therefore, it’s recommended to sync data on the POS regularly to keep the backend information up-to-date.
If you want to print a report directly from the POS, it’s recommended to print the daily sales summary report before closing the store.
