Renew the Silom POS package
The Silom POS system allows you to renew your package independently through the backend at https://dashboard.silompos.com by following these simple steps:
Log in to the backend at https://dashboard.silompos.com.
You can go to the Main account menu, where you will see details of the package currently in use.
Click the Renew Package button. The system will display the pricing details and available duration for the package.
Review all information carefully, then click Next.


Currently, the system supports only one payment method: QR PromptPay. Click Next to proceed with the payment.
Scan the QR PromptPay code using your preferred banking app. Once payment is complete, the system will redirect to the payment success page. Then, click Complete to return to the main page.
Once payment is complete, you can check the remaining duration of the package in the Main account menu on the POS device, which will display the remaining usage period.
