Menu Arrangement

Structure your menu clearly to make it easier for customers to find and select items. Prioritize popular dishes, highlight promotions to boost sales, and optimize the layout for Grab and other delivery platforms for better visibility and customer engagement.

Steps to Arrange the Menu

Tap the "Three-Line" icon at the top right corner. The system will display the side menu. Then, select "Products".



Then, tap "Edit" in the "Product Group" section at the top, next to the Products Management menu.



Select the product group you want to edit, then press and hold the "three-line" icon to move it up or down to the desired position.

Once you have finished arranging the product groups, press "Done".





Arrange the product menu within the group by selecting the product group you want to reorder.
Press the "Edit" button next to the "Add Product" button in the top right corner.



Press and hold the "three-line" icon, then drag the menu to the desired position.
Once the reordering is complete, press "Done".



To ensure the order on the GrabFood app matches the in-store sales display, go to the "Shop" menu.
Select "Order Hub" then go to "Delivery Menu".
Press "Upload Menu Grab" to sync the menu order accordingly.
