How to temporarily open or close your GrabFood store.
Managing your store's temporary opening and closing on GrabFood is easy and flexible. Choose the closure duration, such as 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 24 hours, and your store’s status will update instantly, giving you full control over your service availability.
Go to the Shop Settings menu and select Delivery On/Off to set the desired temporary closure period.
Choose the temporary closure duration. Stores can select one of the following options:
Temporary Close 30 Min
Temporary Close 1 Hour
Close 24 Hours
The changes take effect immediately. Once you select a temporary closure, the system will update the status on the Grab application immediately.
Grab's Terms: Please avoid toggling your store's temporary open/closed status more often than necessary, as it may affect the performance and functionality of the GrabFood system.
