How to connect the system for stores that only have Silom POS

It is recommended that you prepare and complete your product listing binding information in the Silom POS system before integrating with Grab. This will help keep your product information current and reduce the need for future adjustments. Following this step will help streamline the integration process, allowing you to start receiving orders without a hitch.

Create Products on POS for Grab Integration: Create the products you want to connect with GrabFood, ensuring that all components are properly linked. For detailed instructions on product creation, please refer to: Creating a Bill of Materials (BOM) Product.
Set Product Prices for GrabFood Sales: Go to the Product menu, select the product you want to set a price for on GrabFood, then:
Click Store
Select Grab
Click Set Price for GrabFood
Check Store Opening and Closing Hours: Ensure that your opening time is earlier than your closing time (e.g., Open: 10:00 AM, Close: 11:00 PM). After completing the integration, you can adjust your store’s opening and closing hours as needed.
Open the Silom POS application, then navigate to the Order Hub menu.
Click on the "Connect Grab" button.
Log in with Your GrabMerchant Account: Click "Log in" and enter your GrabMerchant account's email and password. Please note that only a Manager email can be used to access the system.

Sign Up for GrabMerchant Before Proceeding If you have not yet registered for the GrabMerchant app, please complete the sign-up process through the Grab app or website before proceeding with the next steps.

After successfully logging in, select your store and proceed to connect it with the Silom POS system.
Click "Export" to retrieve data from Grab and backup of your product information.
Proceed with Data Integration: Click "Proceed to Integration" to begin the integration process, which may take approximately 30 minutes. Once the integration is complete, the POS system will not be able to receive orders from Grab immediately. We recommend that you first review and update your product information before enabling order acceptance.
Set Store Opening and Closing Hours in Grab: After updating BOM-type products, go to the Order Hub menu and set your store's opening and closing hours under the Delivery ON/OFF section.
Upload Menu Data to Grab: Once you’ve finished editing, go to the "Delivery menu" in the Order Hub and click "Upload Grab Menu".

Recommendation: Complete all necessary edits in one go before uploading, as you will need to wait in a queue for Grab to retrieve the data.
