How to Access the Branch Mode in the Silom POS System
If the store wishes to enable branch mode, they must contact our system support team, as we will handle the activation process for branch mode on their behalf. Once our team has successfully activated branch mode, we will notify you, and you may proceed with the next steps as outlined below.

Steps and Instructions for Using the Silom POS Branch System on iOS and Android :
The store must have at least two POS devices.
Install the Silom POS application on both devices, ensuring both devices log in using the same email and password.
On the second device, go to the Settings menu.
Select Data synchronization and tap the three dots in the top right corner of the screen.
Choose Set up New POS Device and specify the Branch and POS Device to be used. Then, press Choose to complete the configuration.
