SilomPOS Package and Pricing

SilomPOS offers three main packages: Starter+, Smart+, and Pro+. Each package caters to businesses of different sizes and needs.

1. Starter+ package

The Starter+ package is designed for small businesses, such as cafes and small retail stores, that have basic POS requirements. This package starts at 4,900 baht (150 USD) per year. Prices are subject to change.

This package includes the following key features:

Sales management: Record sales, manage discounts, issue refunds, and generate invoices.
Inventory management: Real-time stock tracking, low-stock alerts, and management of recipes with a bill-of-materials (BOM) system for businesses using formulas.
Basic CRM: A basic customer relationship management system called Silom CRM Lite, which allows businesses to store customer data, track customer points, create simple loyalty programs, and offer targeted promotions. Businesses can also integrate this system with their LINE Official Account to enhance customer engagement.
QR code payment integration: Allows acceptance of payments via QR codes from customers using participating Thai banks. This requires a merchant account with KBank.

2. Smart+ Package

The Smart+ package 9,900 per year is designed for larger businesses, such as restaurants, and businesses with multiple branches. This package includes all of the features in the Starter+ package, as well as the following advanced features:

Multiple POS devices (up to 3 devices)
Staff Order: The Staff Order feature enables staff to take orders from customers at their tables using iOS/Andriod devices. This feature is included in the Smart+ and Pro packages.
Staff ordering via QR code menus

The Smart+ package starts at 990 baht per month, or 9,900 baht (150 USD) per year. Prices are subject to change.

3. Pro+ Package

The Pro package 19,900 per year (600 USD) is SilomPOS's most comprehensive package and provides maximum functionality for businesses needing the most features. This package includes all the features of the Smart+ package. In addition, the Pro package supports the following:

Multiple POS devices (up to 5 devices)
Multiple staff ordering devices (up to 4 devices)
Management of multiple branches with separate stock and reporting

Additional Features

SilomPOS offers some additional features. These features are available on certain packages, or require annual SilomPOS subscriptions. These features include:

QR Payment: This feature connects businesses to the KBank QR Payment system for receiving payments through bank apps. The QR code payment feature is included in the Starter+ and Smart+ packages, but requires an annual SilomPOS subscription.
CRM: This is a Customer Relationship Management system. The CRM system is available from the Starter+ package and up.
