Send Loyalty Points
Importing Reward Points in Silom CRM is a process that enables stores to efficiently manage their customers' loyalty points. The steps are as follows:
Log in to https://crm.silompos.com/ using your store's email and password.
Once logged in, navigate to the Reward Points menu.
Then, select Import Reward Points, which is located in the second tab on the screen.
Search for or select the customer whose reward points you want to adjust. You can easily find the customer by entering their name or phone number.
Once you have found the desired customer, click on their name and enter the number of points you want to add or deduct in the designated field.
Click Send Loyalty Points to confirm the adjustment. The system will update the customer's reward points immediately.
Then, click Confirm to finalize the changes.
