Loyalty Points Configuration
Loyalty Points Configuration in a POS or CRM system is a marketing tool designed to encourage repeat purchases. It allows customers to earn points every time they make a purchase. These accumulated points can be redeemed for products or discount coupons. The steps to configure the loyalty points system are as follows:
Steps for Configuring Loyalty Points via POS :
- Log in to the POS system and navigate to the Menu Bar.
- Select the Settings menu, then choose the CRM System option.
- Click on the **Loyalty Points **menu, located at the bottom of the screen.
- Enable the loyalty points system and specify the amount of money required to earn 1 point. For example, if you set 100 THB = 1 point, it means every time a member makes a purchase worth 100 THB or more, they will earn points accordingly. For instance:
- Purchase worth 100 THB = 1 point
- Purchase worth 256 THB = 2 points
- Once all information is entered, click Save.
Steps for Configuring Loyalty Points via the Silom CRM System :
- Go to https://crm.silompos.com and log in.
- Select the Settings menu, then choose Loyalty Points Settings from the top menu bar.
- Enable the loyalty points system and specify the amount of money required to earn 1 point.
- Then click Save.
