Retrieve Loyalty Points

Retrieve Loyalty Points in Silom CRM is the process of deducting loyalty points that customers have already received. This process may be necessary in cases of incorrect point allocation or when adjustments are needed for specific customers. The steps are as follows:

Log in to https://crm.silompos.com and complete the sign-in process.
Once logged in, navigate to the Loyalty Points menu.
Then, select Retrieve Loyalty Points, which is located in the third tab at the top of the screen.
Search for or select the customer whose loyalty points you want to deduct. You can easily find the customer by entering their name or phone number.
Once you have found the desired customer, click on their name and enter the number of points to be deducted in the designated field.
Click Retrieve Loyalty Points to confirm the deduction. The system will instantly update the customer's loyalty points.
Then, click Confirm to complete the reward points redemption process.
