How to Set Up Static QR Code Format
You can go to the website https://dashboard.silompos.app and log in.
After logging in, scroll down to find the "Self Service" menu.
Click on the "Set Up QR Order" menu.
The store can upload a cover image to display when customers scan the QR code.
When customers scan the QR code to order food via mobile, they will see the store's logo and the uploaded cover image.
You can select a color theme for Mobile Order to match the store's branding.
You can select Recommended Menu Items without any limits. This can be configured in the Menu Settings. Scroll to the far right to find the Enable/Disable and Recommended Menu buttons.
Always click Save after making any changes to the information.


Choose the Static QR Code format for ordering, which allows you to print a sticker once and place it on the table for easy ordering. Customers can scan the QR code and conveniently place their orders without the need to generate a new QR code for each table.
Additionally, stores can set the security level for using the QR Code ordering system to control and maintain system security. The settings can be configured as follows:
4-Digit Password: Customers must enter a 4-digit password provided by the staff to access the QR Order system. This setting enhances security and restricts access to the ordering system only to authorized users.
Table Activation by Staff: Staff must activate the table for the customer before they can scan the QR code and access the QR Order system. This setting allows staff to control table usage and prevents orders from being placed at tables that have not been activated.
Access Radius Within 100 Meters: Customers must be within a 100-meter radius of the store to scan the QR code and access the ordering system. This setting requires customers to grant the application permission to access their mobile device's location, helping prevent orders from being placed outside the store.
Stores can select the desired level of security to suit their operations and ensure efficient service.

While waiting for the sticker to be delivered, the store can print a static QR code via the website https://dashboard.silompos.app by following these steps :
Log in to the website after accessing https://dashboard.silompos.app.
Scroll down to find the Self Service menu.
Select the Set Up QR Order menu, then click the Print Order Sticker button (this button will only appear for stores using the static QR code format).
Once the customization is complete, click Export as PDF to print the stickers for ordering.
