How to Set Up Dynamic QR Code Format
How to Set Up Mobile Order :
- Go to the website https://dashboard.silompos.app and log in.
- After logging in, scroll down until you find the "Self Service" menu.
- Click on the "Set Up Self Service (QR Order)" menu.
- The store can upload a cover image to be displayed when customers scan the QR code.
- When customers scan the QR code to order food via mobile, they will see the store's logo and the cover image uploaded by the store.
- Select a color theme for Mobile Order to match the store's branding.
- Choose Recommended Menu Items without any limitations. This can be configured in the Menu Settings. Scroll to the far right to find the Enable/Disable Menu button and the Recommended Menu button.
Setting Up the QR Code Format for Ordering :
- Choose the Dynamic QR Code format for ordering, which requires generating a new QR Code each time an order is placed.
Steps to Follow When Customers Visit and Use the Mobile Order System via Silom POS :
- When customers visit the restaurant, the staff should select the desired table for the customer.
- To open a table, follow these steps :
- Open the table via the POS system by selecting the Table Selection menu.
- Choose the desired table and click New Order.
- Select the Order with the QR option
- Enter the number of customers at the table to ensure complete recordkeeping.
- When an order is placed, the system will send a notification to the POS terminal, prompting staff to process the order.
