Using the Silom POS Warehouse System.
Within the warehouse page, there are 5 main menus: Stock movement, Stock-In, Stock-Out, Adjust Stock, and Check Stock.
Stock movement to view the remaining sales of products. You can search by using part of the product name or product code. You can also click on the product to view the product details, sales, product updates, and additional product purchases, including sales cancellations.
Stock-In to increase the product quantity in the store through simple purchases/Receiving
Stock-Out is used to reduce product quantity in the store for reasons unrelated to sales, such as damaged goods or items taken out of inventory.
Adjust Stock is used when you want to adjust the inventory balance, such as when you have to check and count the inventory after a period of sales and you want to adjust the inventory balance to meet the exact requirement.
Check Stock functions as a notepad for recording product names and quantities counted during inventory checks.
How to Create a Stock-In Document
Click on the Menu bar and select Inventory .
To create a new receiving document, click the + Create Document button.
If the purchased products come with an invoice, you can enter invoice details, such as the invoice number, into the document.
Then, search for and select the products you want to receive in the system.
Specify the quantity of each product to be received.
Once all details are completed, click Confirm Purchase and then Save . After this, when you check the Stock Movement page, the system should display the list of received products.
How to Create a Stock-Out Document
Click on the Menu bar and select Inventory .
Go to the Stock-Out menu located at the bottom.
Then, click + Create Document to create a new Stock-Out document.
Search for and select the products you wish to issue from the system.
Specify the quantity of each product to be issued.
After completing all the details, click the Confirm Issuance button, followed by Save . Then, when you return to the Stock Movement page, you will see the stock-out record displayed successfully.
How to Create an Adjust Stock Document
Click on the Menu bar and select Inventory .
Go to the Adjust Stock menu located at the bottom.
Then, click + Create Document to create a stock adjustment document.
Search for and select the products you want to adjust in the inventory.
Enter the actual quantity counted in the warehouse.
Once all details are completed, click the Confirm Adjustment button and then Save . After that, when you check the Stock Movement page, you will see that the inventory matches the adjusted quantity.
How to Create a Check Stock Document
Click on the Menu bar and select Inventory .
Go to the Check Stock menu located at the bottom.
Click the + Create Document button to create a check stock document.
When you enter the document creation page, enter the Stock Counting Document Name .
Select the products to be counted and specify the counted quantity (the quantity can be adjusted at any time without impacting the inventory).
Then, click Confirm Check Stock to save the count.
You can create an unlimited number of documents. These documents will not directly affect the inventory quantity until they are applied.
