Setting up an "Additional Service Charge"
If a service charge is required for a particular product, the store must check the Service Charge box for that product. For products that should not include a service charge, leave this box unchecked. This setting can be configured by navigating to the All Products menu, selecting the desired product, and enabling or disabling the service charge option according to the store’s preferences
Steps to Set Up an Additional Service Charge for Every Bill:
Go to the Menu bar and select Settings , then choose Store .
Scroll to find the Service Charge option. If you toggle the switch to green, the system will apply a service charge to every bill according to the percentage set by the store.

Steps to Set Up an Additional Service Charge for Specific Bills:
Go to the Menu bar and select Settings , then choose Store .
Scroll to find the Service Charge option, and toggle the switch to gray. With this setting, the system will only apply a service charge to specific bills where the store chooses to add it. Follow these steps to apply it to a bill:
Return to the Point of Sale (POS) page, select the desired products, and click on the Options function located on the top bar.
Choose Additional Service Charge , enter the desired service charge amount, and click Save to confirm.
