Loyalty Points Configuration

Loyalty Points Configuration in a POS or CRM system is a marketing tool designed to encourage repeat purchases. It allows customers to earn points every time they make a purchase. These accumulated points can be redeemed for products or discount coupons. The steps to configure the loyalty points system are as follows:

Steps for Configuring Loyalty Points via POS :



Log in to the POS system and navigate to the Menu Bar.
Select the Settings menu, then choose the CRM System option.
Click on the Loyalty Points menu, located at the bottom of the screen.
Enable the loyalty points system and specify the amount of money required to earn 1 point. For example, if you set 100 THB = 1 point, it means every time a member makes a purchase worth 100 THB or more, they will earn points accordingly. For instance:
Purchase worth 100 THB = 1 point
Purchase worth 256 THB = 2 points
Once all information is entered, click Save.







Steps for Configuring Loyalty Points via the Silom CRM System :



Go to https://crm.silompos.com and log in.
Select the Settings menu, then choose Loyalty Points Settings from the top menu bar.
Enable the loyalty points system and specify the amount of money required to earn 1 point.
Then click Save.
