How to Set Up Mobile Order :
Go to the website https://dashboard.silompos.app and log in.
After logging in, scroll down until you find the "Self Service" menu.
Click on the "Set Up Self Service (QR Order)" menu.
The store can upload a cover image to be displayed when customers scan the QR code.
When customers scan the QR code to order food via mobile, they will see the store's logo and the cover image uploaded by the store.
Select a color theme for Mobile Order to match the store's branding.
Choose Recommended Menu Items without any limitations. This can be configured in the Menu Settings. Scroll to the far right to find the Enable/Disable Menu button and the Recommended Menu button.
Always click Save after making any changes to the information.
Setting Up the QR Code Format for Ordering :
Choose the Dynamic QR Code format for ordering, which requires generating a new QR Code each time an order is placed.
Steps to Follow When Customers Visit and Use the Mobile Order System via Silom POS :
When customers visit the restaurant, the staff should select the desired table for the customer.
To open a table, follow these steps :
Open the table via the POS system by selecting the Table Selection menu.
Choose the desired table and click New Order.
Select the Order with the QR option
Enter the number of customers at the table to ensure complete recordkeeping.
When an order is placed, the system will send a notification to the POS terminal, prompting staff to process the order.
