# Silom CRM ลงทะเบียนร้านค้าเพื่อผูกบัญชี Line OA กับ POS

สำหรับการลงทะเบียนร้านค้า ระบบจะใช้ **channel ID** และ **channel Secret** ของบัญชี Line OA ที่ร้านค้าได้ทำการสร้างไว้กรณีที่ร้านค้ายังไม่ได้สร้างสามารถดูวิธีการสร้างได้ที่ [Silom CRM การสร้าง Line Official Account](https://support.silompos.com/th/article/silom-crm-line-official-account-19ikb3c/?bust=1728379212451) หลังจากนั้นร้านค้าสามารถทำตามขั้นตอนด่านล่าง ดังนี้

1. ไปที่ [Line Official Account Manager](https://manager.line.biz/) เพื่อตั้งค่า
2. เลือกเมนู **ตั้งค่าการตอบกลับ** และตรวจสอบให้แน่ชัดว่าแชทถูกเปิดใช้งานและโหมดการตอบกลับเป็น AI จากนั้นให้เลือก โปรดตั้งค่าเพื่อเริ่มใช้ **Messaging API ** เพื่อรับรหัสมาลงทะเบียน

3. คลิกเลือก ใช้ **Messaging AP**

4. เลือก **โพรไวเดอร์** โดยสามารถเลือกโพรไวเดอร์เดิมที่มีอยู่ หรือสร้างโพรไวเดอร์ใหม่ขึ้นมาใช้ก็ได้

5. เมือสร้างเสร็จให้กด **ตกลง**

6. ผู้ใช้จะได้ channel ID และ channel Secret ของ Line OA ร้านค้า ให้กด **คัดลอก** แล้วนำมากรอก ผ่านหน้าเว็บของ Silom CRM

7. นำ channel ID และ channel Secret มา **กรอกหน้าลงทะเบียนร้านค้า** และกด **บันทึก** ข้อมูล

8. ตรวจสอบ Line OA ร้านค้า จะมี Rich Menu ถูกสร้างขึ้นอัตโนมัติ เป็นการลงทะเบียนร้านค้าสำเร็จ
