|| **Please Read!!** The scope of **GrabFood promotions**: The system will save the promotion to your **GrabMerchant** account, and you must comply with GrabFood’s terms and conditions as follows:

* Once the promotion scope is set on **GrabFood**, **it cannot be deactivated** later.
* **Promotion details cannot be edited** after the promotion has been activated.
* You can modify the promotion details **at least 1 hour before the promotion starts**.
* **Recommendation:** Set the promotion start time at least **2 hours in advance** if you anticipate needing changes later.
* To discontinue a **GrabFood promotion**, you must **delete the promotion**.
