# Renew the Silom POS package

The Silom POS system allows you to renew your package independently through the backend at [https://dashboard.silompos.com](https://dashboard.silompos.com) by following these simple steps:

1. Log in to the backend at [https://dashboard.silompos.com](https://dashboard.silompos.com).
2. You can go to the **Main account** menu, where you will see details of the package currently in use.
3. Click the **Renew Package** button. The system will display the pricing details and available duration for the package.
4. Review all information carefully, then click **Next**.

5. Currently, the system supports only one payment method: QR PromptPay. Click **Next** to proceed with the payment.
6. Scan the QR PromptPay code using your preferred banking app. Once payment is complete, the system will redirect to the payment success page. Then, click **Complete** to return to the main page.
7. Once payment is complete, you can check the remaining duration of the package in the **Main account** menu on the POS device, which will display the remaining usage period.
