# Product Stock Settings for Grab on Silom POS

Proper stock management ensures that your store never misses an order and can serve customers smoothly 📦💡. Let’s explore a simple setup method that will help you efficiently manage your stock! ⬇️

Organized stock management reduces the risk of selling out-of-stock items and allows your store to update product availability in real-time. This ensures customers receive accurate information and a better ordering experience. ### Steps to Set Up Product Stock on Grab:

1. Stores can easily set up product stock for Grab through the back-office website 👉 [https://dashboard.silompos.com](https://dashboard.silompos.com)
2. Go to the **"Delivery Management"** section to start setting up product stock.
3. Click on the **"Pen"** icon to edit and set the product stock for Grab.
4. Enter the **"Maximum Stock"** you want to sell through GrabFood.
5. Select Replenishment Interval as **"Immediate"** to enable the system to automatically update the stock.
6. Once the stock setup is complete, click the **"Closed"** button to save the changes.
7. Finally, click "Sync Grab" to update the information to GrabFood, allowing customers to see your products in real-time. 🚀🎯

|| When customers purchase all available stock, the system will display the product in grey (Unavailable) to indicate that it is temporarily out of stock. 🛑 If the store wants to add more stock during the day, it can be updated instantly! ✅ GrabFood will save the most recent updated stock quantity.
