# How to reset a forgotten password

If a store forgets the password for accessing the Silom POS system or the CRM system, the issue can be resolved easily and securely by following these steps:

### Steps for Recovering a Forgotten Password :

1. Go to [https://dashboard.silompos.app](https://dashboard.silompos.app).
2. Then click on "Forgot password?"

3. Enter the email address for logging into Silom POS, then click "Request a new password."

4. The system will send a message to your email. Check if you have received an email from Silom POS.
5. The email from Silom POS will have the subject line **"Reset your password for Silom POS." ** Once you find the email, you can click to open it.
6. In the email, click the link **"Click here"** to be directed to the password reset page.

7. Set your new desired password and then click **"Save."**

8. Once the password has been successfully saved, attempt to log in to Silom POS again using the newly set password.
